Rates and Insurance

I have made a choice not to participate in insurance plans due to the serious compromise made with regard to privacy and the limits set towards the type and duration of services. I aim to provide my clients with clinical services to match their individual needs and concerns.

When entering into therapy, I provide individually tailored treatment to meet specific needs and privacy to those who decide to pay for services themselves rather then using insurance. Under these circumstances no reports are made to anyone and clients do not have to have a psychiatric diagnosis. The range of issues that can be addressed do not have to fit the requirements of what an insurance company deems important resulting in treatment that is more flexible, creative and tailored specifically to meet the goals and interests of my clients.

Payment in full is expected at the time of service. Should you have out of network mental health benefits, I will be happy to submit your claim electronically to your insurance carrier on your behalf.

90 Minute Initial Intake Evaluation - $275.00.

90 Minute Emotional Support Animal Evaluation - $275.00

50 Minute Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Session - $150.00

50 Minute Individual Psychotherapy Session - $175.00

50 Minute Couples Psychotherapy Session - $175.00
